Ingredients
- 2 cups brussel sprouts
- 1/8 cup avocado oil Substitute Olive Oil
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 tps garlic powder Substitute fresh garlic or tube garlic

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
- Chop brussel sprouts in half.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or plastic bag. Shake around to coat brussel sprouts.
- Pour brussel sprouts and liquids onto a greased baking sheet.
- Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy:)
