Dijon Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
A great spring way to prepare brussel sprouts!! I have been attempting to use up all the lemons from our lemon tree:)

Ingredients
2
cups
brussel sprouts
1/8
cup
avocado oil
Substitute Olive Oil
1
tbs
dijon mustard
2
tbs
balsamic vinegar
2
tps
garlic powder
Substitute fresh garlic or tube garlic
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
Chop brussel sprouts in half.
Add all ingredients to a bowl or plastic bag. Shake around to coat brussel sprouts.
Pour brussel sprouts and liquids onto a greased baking sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy:)
