Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
Cover chicken breasts in sour cream. I used a knife to spread it around.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and italian seasoning on all chicken breasts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until done, some chicken breasts are larger than others).
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the chicken breasts and broil for 2-3 minutes in the oven.
Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
