Healthy Jalapeño Poppers – Diabetic Jalapeño Poppers
Who doesn’t love a great low-carb appetizer with a little spice?? Jalapeño poppers check all the right boxes for me, this is a low carb jalapeño popper recipe, so they are perfectly healthy (for diabetics), and a great low carb appetizer to take to parties too!

    Ingredients
    
                - 7 jalapenos
 - 8 oz cream cheese this is the normal sized cream cheese block
 
        Optional    
                - 7 slices thin sliced bacon I didn't use the bacon in my poppers, but my husband prefers them with with bacon

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
 - Slice jalapeños lengthwise and deseed.
 - Spray sheet pan with cooking spray.

 - Place jalapeños on sheet pan, fill with cream cheese. If using bacon, wrap the bacon around the jalapeños.

 - Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and soft.
