Healthy Jalapeño Poppers – Diabetic Jalapeño Poppers
Healthy, low carb jalapeño poppers, yes please!! This recipe couldn’t be easier and a perfect low carb appetizer to take to a party or get together. Make sure you like a little spice:)

  • 7slices thin sliced baconI didn’t use the bacon in my poppers, but my husband prefers them with with bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and deseed.
  3. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place jalapeños on sheet pan, fill with cream cheese. If using bacon, wrap the bacon around the jalapeños.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and soft.
  6. Enjoy:)
