Healthy Cali Bruschetta – Diabetic Party Dip
This is one of my all time favorite dips… it’s healthy, it’s low carb and it’s delicious, perfect for diabetes. Diabetic party dip recipe includes avocados, tomatoes, limes, garlic & parmesan cheese (which may not be totally necessary, but I like it).
Delicious, healthy, low carb and diabetic friendly avocado dip recipe. This is one of my favorites, it curves the cravings for chips and dip. I made this recipe and put it on the fat head bread I made the other day:) the best idea since chips & dip:)

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 roma tomato or 10 grape tomatoes (they look cuter)
- 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions
- Chop avocados and tomatoes and mix together.
- Squeeze lime juice into avocado mixture, mix.
- Grate the garlic clove into the avocado mixture, mix.
- Add parmesan to the avocado mixture, mix.
- Enjoy:)
