Salad dressing can do wonders in turning a bland and boring bowl of greens into something delicious and craveworthy. We love making simple salad dressing from scratch but it’s also super convenient to have a bottle or two of premade salad dressing on hand. While there are plenty of unhealthy bottled salad dressings loaded with bad-for-you trans fats and added sugar (ingredients to watch out for in general and especially if you have diabetes) there are also plenty of healthy options. You have lots of choices when it comes to dressing your salad—it’s just about knowing how to choose the best one. Here’s how to find salad dressings that are both nutritious and full of flavor.
how do I find out the nutritional value for the salad dressing? Am I missing a link or something?
Thanks,
mary
Mary, sorry for my delay, I’m just seeing your comment. I added the nutritional value, let me know if that helps:)
still no nutrition values
There was a user error on my part, i didn’t know how to use the nutritional label. Fixed now:)
Hi, still don’t see nutritional information for this.
Hey there, thanks for letting me know. I added the nutritional label, but it was my user error. Fixed now.
Thanks for this recipe. Is your nutrition information for the entire amount or for a serving? If it’s for a serving, how much is a serving? Thanks.
Thanks for pointing this out, I’m still working on adding the nutritional info to each recipe. It’s a bit time consuming and I’m still learning the system. I’ve added the serving size:)
