Ingredients
- 3 cups riced cauliflower They sell it near the salads or in the frozen veggie section
- 2 tbs avocado oil Substitute olive oil
- 1 can diced green chiles a big one
- 1/2 cup salsa mild or hot, your choice

Instructions
- Use large skillet.
- Add avocado oil, then cauliflower, green chiles.
- Stir while cooking for 10-15 minutes, based on your preference of doneness.
- Add salsa just to warm it.
- Serve with avocado, lime wedges & hot sauce.
