Ingredients

cups
riced cauliflower
They sell it near the salads or in the frozen veggie section

tbs
avocado oil
Substitute olive oil
1
can
diced green chiles
a big one
1/2
cup
salsa
mild or hot, your choice
Instructions
Use large skillet.
Add avocado oil, then cauliflower, green chiles.
Stir while cooking for 10-15 minutes, based on your preference of doneness.
Add salsa just to warm it.
Serve with avocado, lime wedges & hot sauce.
