Healthy Thanksgiving – Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms

Why not add tons of veggies to your Thanksgiving table?? What an easy way to make your Thanksgiving menu a healthy thanksgiving menu:)

This recipe of course has cheese, but in my world, healthy is low-carb:)

I used this brand new oil sprayer for this recipe and it turned out perfectly!!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Roast on a sheet pan with parchment paper (shown in photo) or a large roasting pan or casserole dish work too.
  3. Add mushrooms to pan.
  4. Spray with avocado oil (i used the sprayer mentioned above). If you don't have a sprayer, just drizzle and mix it around with your hands to coat mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder and chili flakes.

  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Take the mushrooms out of the oven, add the parmesan cheese and return to oven for 3 minutes or until cheese looks melted.
  8. Remove mushrooms from oven, mix around so cheese is melty and serve:)
