Diabetic Meatballs Easy – Turkey Meatball Recipe for Diabetes
Oven Diabetic Meatballs
These turkey oven diabetic meatballs are perfect for diabetes!! They are super low carb, you don’t need to add the oatmeal at all, but the oatmeal helps keep the meatballs from getting too moist. I love this recipe because it doesn’t require browning the meatballs prior to baking.
If you are looking for a low carb dinner for those of us with diabetes, this diabetic turkey meatball recipe is for you!! I like to serve the meatballs with zucchini noodles or any roasted vegetable and salad. The meatballs would be equally as good with spaghetti squash:)
Choose a low sugar marinara sauce, I like the Victoria sauce because it has very few ingredients and tastes great!!
