Healthy Pizza Recipe – Pizza Recipe for Diabetes – Almond Flour Pizza Crust
This is a great alternative to Pizza, we’ll call it the Healthy Pizza Recipe:) It include almond flour, which of course comes from almonds, so that’s healthy!! Here’s my favorite almond flour🙂 Why not eat nutrients and enjoy some pizza!?
Those of use with Diabetes probably don’t eat pizza much, so this is a great pizza recipe for diabetes!!
When making this pizza, make it as thin as possible. Even in my photos, the crust could have been thinner. When you think the crust is thin enough, make it a little thinner.
Wet your hands and keep pressing, the thinner the better it tastes, otherwise it’s a bit like a thick cracker.
For the carb count, the 2 cups of flour has 48g of carbs, so 1/4 of the pizza is only 12g of carbs per serving!! Plus it’s filling with the almond flour:)
