Low Carb Pizza Dough Recipe – Diabetic Pizza Dough Recipe – Pizza for Diabetes
This recipe has really rocked my world… as a diabetic, I’m always looking for low carb recipe alternatives to eat instead of carby meals that require insulin. My diabetes goal is to keep my sugars nice & low, eating too many carbs derails me from that goal.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a heat safe bowl, microwave the mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese cubed up for one minute.
- Mix the cheeses together, then microwave for another 30 seconds. It should be very hot and mixable. If not, heat up again for 20 seconds in the microwave.
- Mix egg & almond flour in with the cheeses.
- Spread the dough with wet hands on parchment paper or a stone pizza pan (that's what I used).
- Spread seasonings on dough & poke the dough with fork holes all over.
- Bake for 10 minutes, check for bubbles in the dough and poke with a fork.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden.
- The pizza crust is now cooked, you can slice as bread sticks.
- Or add sauce & toppings to pizza. Put pizza in the oven just to warm toppings.
- Enjoy:)
