No more soda for diabetics, those of us with diabetes, need to find a no sugar, healthy beverage.
I like some diet sodas, but all the fake sugar makes me a little nervous. I like to eat and drink real foods that aren’t processed. Here’s my current favorite tea!!
It’s green tea, so it’s healthy. Has a little caffeine (yes I drink black coffee too) and tastes great!
This green tea makes 4 quarts – they are pretty strong, so sometimes I even water it down. I make a big batch in a large glass measuring cup and then separate it into two large mason jars to store in the fridge. Super easy:)
