Healthy Crackers – Diabetic Crackers

Diabetic Crackers, can you believe it??Healthy crackers are the topic of today’s favorite diabetic thing!!

I know eating low-carb sometimes isn’t the most fun, you miss that crunch in your food.  Please remember, it’s probably not the smartest idea for us diabetics to eat crackers all day long!! However, when you want that little bit of crunch, these are my go-to cracker.

Especially with a little cheese as a snack, yumm!!

These are my absolute g0-to diabetic cracker.  They have 20g of carbs in15 crackers.  For me, that’s one unit of insulin.  I’m willing to add 15 crackers and a little bit of insulin for the crunch.  Check out the ingredients, there is brown rice flour and seeds. (If you are soy free, this version has soy).

This version is just as delicious, they have 24 g of carbs in 16 crackers.  Still pretty good.  (this one doesn’t contain soy, if you don’t eat soy).
