  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate & butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. In a mixer, mix the 4 eggs, egg yolk, vanilla & cream of tartar until it doubles in size.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, let cool (a couple of minutes) and add the truvia and mix.
  5. Gently fold the chocolate mixture and the fluffy egg mixture together.
  6. Add to a 6×9 greased pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is just barely jiggly.
  7. Let cool, cut into 12 squares and enjoy:)
