  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. Separate Eggs. Whip the egg whites up until they form stiff peaks. Do yourself a favor and use an electric mixer. I tried wishing myself and got tired and pulled out the hand mixer.
  3. Fold in salami, garlic seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  4. Create mounds on parchment paper, add a well in the middle for the yolk. Cook the egg white mounds for 3 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and add one yolk per egg white mound. Return to the oven for 4-8 minutes depending on your preference for the doneness of your yolk.
  6. Remove from the oven and enjoy:) Or put in the refrigerator to pull out and eat all week!!
