Ingredients

pound
lean ground turkey
you can use lean or extra lean
1
egg
1/2
cup
veggies of your choice
chopped peppers, mushroom, shredded zucchini, or shredded carrots
1
Tbs
garlic powder or tube garlic
1
Tbs
granulated onion
1
Tbs
italian seasoning
1
tsp
liquid smoke
if you have it
1/4
cup
oatmeal
if you want a little bit of good carbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands until fully mixed.
Add turkey mixture to a greased loaf pan.
Cook 40 minutes or until done.
Use your favorite low carb dipping sauce!! Enjoy:)
