Chili Lime Butternut Squash Fries
This diabetic recipe was so delicious that even my kids ate them!! The butternut squash fries were easy to bake in the oven and serve with our favorite dipping sauces.

  1. Mix the squash, oil and chili powder together in a bowl, in a zip top bag or even on the sheet pan.
  2. Cook the coated squash on a sheet pan with foil (for an easier clean up) for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. If you like them crispier, put under the broiler for a few minutes or until toasty looking.
  3. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I’m really loving this yogurt ranch I found at my supermarket. Enjoy:)
