Roasted kale aka kale chips are the perfect chips for diabetes and they only take 10 minutes to roast!! You can flavor them how you like or take my suggestions:)

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Rip the kale from the stems.
  3. Oil the sheet pan with about 1/2 the oil on the pan. Spread the kale out and mix it with the remaining oil.
  4. Sprinkle with the seasonings in the recipe or your choice of seasonings. Mix around until all the leaves are coated.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are all crispy:) Squeeze lemon on the kale chips & enjoy:)
