Instructions
  1. Cook ground turkey with spices until cooked through.
  2. Grease your baking dish (i used an 9 x 6 pan). Start layering: zucchini meat cheese ricotta cheese Then start again with zucchini meat cheese Then again, zucchini & top with cheese.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Let sit for about 30 minutes if you want it to set. You can cut right into if you like, but it will be soupy. Enjoy:)
