Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
almond flour
2
tsp
baking soda
1
Tbs
xanthan gum powder
2 1/2
cups
mozzarella cheese
2
oz
cream cheese
2
large
eggs
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add mozarella & cream cheese to a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix. Then microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. If it gets away from melted seeming, microwave another 30 seconds. & Mix.
Once warm (not hot), add eggs and mix.
Form into 6 balls and create a bagel shape on a baking sheet. Add toppings: I used sea salt and everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12-20 minutes at 400 degrees based on how golden you want your bagels. I made mine pretty toasty.
