Lemon Rosemary Chicken Recipe – Healthy Baked Lemon Chicken
This chicken is very tasty, moist and healthy lemon rosemary chicken baked in the oven. The sauce is made on the stove top and really flavors the chicken:)

  1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 thick. Cut chicken into smaller pieces (i halved my chicken breasts).
  2. Add chicken, 1/2 lemon juiced, 1Tbs rosemary minced & avocado oil to plastic zip top bag & mix around. Marinade for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Place chicken on greased sheet pan (i used aluminum foil & sprayed with avocado oil). Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is done
Lemon Sauce
  1. Melt butter in frying pan, add flour & whisk for 3 minutes.
  2. Add wine to sauce and whisk until it’s all mixed. Cook for 5 minutes until thick.
  3. Add lemon & cream of chicken soup. Mix. Add 1 tsp rosemary to sauce, mix and keep warm.
  4. Once chicken is done, drizzle sauce on chicken and enjoy:)
