bell peppers
I like the frozen ones thawed and chopped

oatmeal
skip if you cook in the oven

dijon mustard

garlic powder

tbs
onion powder

tbs
liquid smoke
more if you want them really smokey

italian seasoning
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Portion into 4 patties, make patties.
Cook turkey burger patties on the grill, 10 mins on each side or until done.
Serve with lettuce, tomato & guacamole. Feel free to add your own toppings for a turkey burger salad:)
