Healthy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites – Roasted Cauliflower 2 Ways
What a great recipe, roasted buffalo cauliflower bites are delicious & nutritious. What a great for a side dish instead of the fried chicken… eat it with baked chicken.. yum dinner!! Also, when you make both ways, the kiddos can have the non-buffalo cauliflower:)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Chop cauliflower into florets.
  3. Add florets & oil to a bowl or zip top bag to cover the cauliflower with the avocado oil.
  4. Lie cauliflower on a sheet pan, I covered mine in foil to save on cleaning:)
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, add to a bowl and mix in the buffalo sauce until completely covered. Enjoy:)
