  • 1/4cup green onionsIf you like the freshness of green onions

Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add turkey, diced red peppers, green onions, egg, dijon, ginger, garlic and onion powder to a bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Ball meatballs in 2 oz meatballs and place on a rack on a baking sheet or directly on the baking sheet. I prefer a rack because they seem to drain the excess liquid, but it’s not necessary. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
Sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients until combined.
  2. Add meatballs to sauce to coat and enjoy:)
