  1. Mix the ground turkey with all ingredients above oatmeal.
  2. Separate into 4 equal sized patties. Either grill the patties or cook on the stovetop until done:) Enjoy!!
Optional
  1. If my turkey mixture is sticking to my hands, I add oats and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to absorb the extra moisture. If I add chopped veggies I always add the egg and the oats to bind the burgers together.
  2. Toppings: Whole green chile, avocado or guacomole, cheese of your choice & salsa:)
