Easy Mediterranean Chicken Recipe – Quick Healthy Dinner Recipe
This easy Mediterranean chicken recipe is one of my family’s favorite dinners. I swear I could make this recipe a few times a week and everyone would be happy! It only has a few ingredients and it’s a quick dinner to prepare.

  • 1tsp cayenneif you like spice
  • 1 lemonfor squeezing on the chicken
Instructions
  1. Chop up the chicken breasts.
  2. Add olive oil and mix around in a bowl.
  3. Add all the spices: paprika, garlic powder, chili powder & cayenne (totally optional) and mix around. I’ve been adding the citrus garlic spice from trader joes as well, about 1 Tbs.
  4. Let the chicken sit in the spices for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
  5. Sauté the chicken up until cooked throughout. We like to cook it on medium to high heat to get more charred chicken edges, but that’s just how we like it. Serve & enjoy:)
