  1. Soak your skewers if using wood. Cut the chicken breasts into equal sized cubes.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup yogurt, ginger, garam masala and cayenne (optional), then apply to the chicken.
  3. Add chicken to skewers not crowding the chicken too much.
  4. Grill the chicken until done, turning at least once.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix 1/2 cup yogurt, lemon juice and diced cucumber to make the sauce (raita sauce).
  6. Once chicken is done, you can use lemon slices to squeeze over the chicken with the raita sauce. I like to wrap my chicken in lettuce leaves, butter seems to be the most flexible. Enjoy:)
