The other night, I was looking for a new healthy chicken recipe… I checked my refrigerator for the ingredients on hand and I tried this super simple recipe!!

Easy, moist and delicious healthy chicken… it’s what’s for dinner!  Why not add this to your healthy diabetic recipes!?

My family loved this recipe… the kids liked it with a little marinara sauce:)  Also, zucchini noodles would be a perfect addition.

Parmesan Chicken - healthy parmesan chicken
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  3. Cover chicken breasts in sour cream. I used a knife to spread it around.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder and italian seasoning on all chicken breasts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until done, some chicken breasts are larger than others).
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the chicken breasts and broil for 2-3 minutes in the oven.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy:)
