  1. Brown ground turkey with diced green onions. Feel free to use a real onion if you prefer.
  2. Start cooking the celery and peppers with 2 Tbs of avocado oil in a large pot.
  3. Once the ground turkey is browned, add to veggies in pot.
  4. Add broth to cover everything and cook for 30 minutes.
  5. Add zucchini and cover with broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add kale and cook for 5 minutes:)
  7. Serve up the chili with fixings. Enjoy:)
