Who doesn’t love a great low-carb appetizer with a little spice?? Jalapeño poppers check all the right boxes for me, this is a low carb jalapeño popper recipe, so they are perfectly healthy (for diabetics), and a great low carb appetizer to take to parties too!

Healthy, low carb jalapeño poppers, yes please!! This recipe couldn't be easier and a perfect low carb appetizer to take to a party or get together. Make sure you like a little spice:)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and deseed.
  3. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray.

  4. Place jalapeños on sheet pan, fill with cream cheese. If using bacon, wrap the bacon around the jalapeños.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and soft.
  6. Enjoy:)
