Whisk Egg & water in dish to use as egg wash to dip the chicken slices.
In a large bowl, add corn flakes and crush into smaller pieces.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Begin the process of making the tenders:
dip chicken in egg wash, then cornflakes and place on baking sheet. Continue until all chicken slices are coated with the egg wash and corn flakes.
Sprinkle seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder & italian seasoning) over chicken tenders.
Bake for 13-15 minutes. Then flip the tenders and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
