  1. Slice all veggies and place in bowl with avocado oil & mix.
  2. Create 4 foil packets, spread the veggies evenly in packets.
  3. Mix meat with onion powder, garlic powder & dijon mustard. Optional 1Tbs liquid smoke. Mix together and make meat logs.
