This is one of my all time favorite dips… it’s healthy, it’s low carb and it’s delicious, perfect for diabetes. Diabetic party dip recipe includes avocados, tomatoes, limes, garlic & parmesan cheese (which may not be totally necessary, but I like it).

Delicious, healthy, low carb and diabetic friendly avocado dip recipe. This is one of my favorites, it curves the cravings for chips and dip. I made this recipe and put it on the fat head bread I made the other day:) the best idea since chips & dip:)
Chop avocados and tomatoes and mix together.
Squeeze lime juice into avocado mixture, mix.
Grate the garlic clove into the avocado mixture, mix.
Add parmesan to the avocado mixture, mix.
