Fall Healthy Salad – Diabetic Salad for Fall
This is a great crowd pleasing healthy salad, great for fall or for Thanksgiving dinner. Why not add a healthy side at Thanksgiving!?

Ingredients

greens
I used spring greens & spinach mixed bag of salad

cup
walnuts
whole or chopped

apple sliced
I used a honey crisp apple

cheese
of your choice (i like goat or blue cheese crumbles)
Dressing
1/2
cup
olive oil
Could substitute avocado oil

cup
apple cider vinegar
1/8
cup
water

tsp
granulated onion

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
italian seasoning

tsp
red chili flakes
Instructions
To make dressing, add all ingredients to a mason jar.
Shake well before pouring over salad.
Add greens, apples, walnuts & cheese of your choice. Plus any additional items you like: berries, cranberries, avocado or other fall veggies.
Toss & serve:)
