Fall Healthy Salad – Diabetic Salad for Fall
This is a great crowd pleasing healthy salad, great for fall or for Thanksgiving dinner. Why not add a healthy side at Thanksgiving!?

Ingredients
  • 2cups greensI used spring greens & spinach mixed bag of salad
  • 1/2cup walnutswhole or chopped
  • 1 apple slicedI used a honey crisp apple
  • 1/2cup cheeseof your choice (i like goat or blue cheese crumbles)
Dressing
Instructions
  1. To make dressing, add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake well before pouring over salad.
  3. Add greens, apples, walnuts & cheese of your choice. Plus any additional items you like: berries, cranberries, avocado or other fall veggies.
  4. Toss & serve:)
